Thanks for the good advice on my 2003 Astro van. The 3000 lb. spring worked great, it raised rear couple inches so i could use bigger and stronger tires. No sag in rear end.

I also have no sway on freeway at 70 miles an hour it is smooth, better than new!!!

I am Laurie Downs--Shawns better half. Unfortunately he has never had to experience the 'customer service'
end of dealing with customers! I have had 17 years of nothing but. I understand there were some shipping errors that occurred, and I am quite certain that you were not sitting in a warehouse somewhere putting each parcel together.

All of the necessary parts are now installed on our little truck, she now rides beautifully, and our trailer tows smoothly. I want to thank you for your consideration and apologies as you contacted Shawn with followup. You were quick, polite and professional, and unfortunately today--mistakes are made and not quickly forgotten. I would like to point out the positive response we recieved even after more than one mistake, it was made correct, it was done pleasantly.

The truck drives 100% better the rear used to wander all over the place I can not believe how much better the truck handles now.

I am not used to pulling my trailer without it dependant on the truck's suspension. (Think I may need a set for my trailer too!)

"I wanted to take a moment to write you and explain how thrilled I am with the Supersprings. I own a 2001 Dodge Quad Cab ½ ton. Installation took roughly 30 minutes to install with very little effort. I finally had the opportunity to test the springs. I purchased an older (70’s) Cab Over Camper and mounted on the truck. Drove home 170 miles with NO sway at all even passing and being passed by big rigs. Once home my wife and I loaded up the Stock car, 8 spare rims and tires as well as tools and camping needs for 3 days. The trip to the track was 120 miles and not once did I feel uncomfortable or feel any sway to the truck. The springs have by far outperformed what I was hoping for. Many friends were shocked at the performance as well.

Thank you and I will continue to rant and rave about these springs. Even when I upgrade my truck to an F-250 I will install these springs.

"Good morning Steve,

Just wanted to drop you a note about my situation. The good news is that lowering the shackles to the last hole moved them far enough away from the frame that they no longer make contact.

You were also right that doing this did raise the tail some but in my particular case the amount raised was no more then it was with the shackles in their previous position but without the bouncing effect. The truck rides smooth again, is stable and I am now a 100 % satisfied customer.

Although I probably should have gone with the standard units the heavy duty still worked out fine.

"I must tell you how pleased I am with the design and simplicity of installation. The results were superb. My Nissan Frontier extended cab with 6' bed, heavily loaded and with cap, went from 12 1/8" from ground to bottom of bumper to 17 5/8". An increase of 5 1/2" and I used 1 lower hole and 1 upper hole. The ride with the heavy load no longer has the "boat" effect. Thanks again."

"Just wanted to share a recent experience... I have a small farm in central Illinois and was setting up a greenhouse this past weekend. I stopped at a local landscaping center to purchase some bulk sand for the floor of the greenhouse. I went into the office and purchased a cubic yard of sand which they mentioned would be heavier than usual because it was wet. I have a 1998 Dakota with 3000# Super Springs so I was confident I could handle the 2000+ pounds in the bed. As I came from the office, the tractor was already loading the yard of sand into the truck. The surprise came when I looked up to see a 2nd yard being dumped into the bed! The bed was full and piled so high sand was pouring over the sides but I was able to drive the 15 miles home without any trouble. I know this isn't something anyone should expect from the springs but it was a good feeling to know that they were there. When it's time to purchase a new truck, I'll definitely be looking for another set of SuperSprings!"
