FOR ALL VEHICLES WITH ABOVE-SPRING FACTORY OVERLOADS

Before Installation of SuperSpring (Above) Step 1 Using the jack on the chassis raise the vehicle so that the back wheel lifts slightly off the ground. The main spring pack will then be at its loosest. Do not jack the vehicle up on the differential. Support the vehicle with Jack Stands Step 2 Undo nuts on the SuperSprings roller bolts and remove all polyurethane (black) rollers, steel rollers and bolts from the shackles. Step 3 Place the SuperSpring directly on top of the factory over-load spring. Step 4 Start at either front or back and reattach both the steel roller and the outer polyurethan (black) roller to the shackle, under the factory spring pack, using the lower bolt hole position. Step 5 Using a C-clamp for assistance, pull down the opposite side of the spring and attach exactly as in the previous step. Effectively the factory overload gets sandwiched between the factory spring-pack and the SuperSpring. Step 6 Position the spring so that the rear roller has at least 3/4" clearance to roll forward towards the axle as the vehicle comes under load. The front roller should not move in this configuration. Step 7 Repeat these steps on the other side of the vehicle. Step 8 Lower vehicle back onto the ground. After Installation of SuperSpring (Above) Installation does not require any dissasembly of the existing suspension. SuperSprings are supplied with premium quality plated hardware and all necessary installation parts. Simply install the SuperSprings directly to the rear spring leaf pack as shown above. If you do not wish to install them yourself, your local mechanic should be able to provide installation at minimal cost.
